Back in '05 it used all new electrical and hydraulics. When searching, i tapped 'spacebar' and that did the trick for me for putting it into Reverse. When I moved it from Low range to Medium Range as I was desperate to find out what was wrong the tractor moved. It tends to give most trouble on tractors fitted with a loader, as the pump and valve are being worked frequently. Going to try the dyna control handle on another tractor to see if that throws up the same symtoms.

I have manual shifting on in the menu, and offcourse you cant shift a CVT but you should be able to put it in reverse or forward and that is not possible as far as i see. Don't know that model but if there's a dash shift-lever and a floor range control, sometimes the floor lever will spontaneously pop into neutral. The box has six speeds in three ranges – low, medium, high – and it is possible for these range packs to give up the ghost. Turned tractor off, then back on, it will only start if clutch is pushed in, tried it without clutch depressed and it wouldn't crank, so this verified the clutch was working, atleast for cranking purposes. Sounds like a bug to me. Hydraulics work along with 3 point hitch. Replacing roller seals and bearings is another common job. I had similar bother with the 6290 there earlier in the year there wasn't any way of leaving up the clutch without a serious jolt that felt like you were going to burst the gearbox.
