Same happening to me! 5 volts and charged it with a high quality battery charger. This is 200% correct. I have the exact same problem in our 2014 CX-5 Touring, is Mazda listening? My car is a 2014 CX-5 and I've been battling the car not shutting off now for many months. Car won't turn off (radio runs, screen off, shift into park notice, can't lock car. Temporary fix> after you turn it off and putting it into park 1.
