I loved the mix of the 3 characters and I can not picture this book being written any other way! But people do crazy things when they're desperate. Yes Kyrin is protective of his sister, and yes Eli is ride or die for EKC, but who are they really? I never thought much about my nightmares, but I knew I wasn't the same as other girls. A house hidden in the middle of nowhere. I am going to say, though, that you should read the two previous books before this one.
And Eli is the light. Shaw wants to use her as a pawn in his twisted game. He's either seen some shit or he's crazy as fuck. She makes Harley Quinn seem tame.
