However if the fuel pressure is tested at 5-10 psi low, and the test is done correctly, and measurement equipment is accurate, suggest to not discount low fuel pressure entirely as the cause of the cranks but won't start. If this describes the intermittent problem you are encountering I would look at the ignition switch (located on the steering column not in the actual lock cylinder) and if your truck is a manual transmission, the safety start switch located above the clutch pedal linkage.
