Are you 100% certain the year model of the CLXs you have are "2bliss ready" and the tires are 5000TL and not the regular 5000? Sounds like a warranty issue to me, sometimes I double or triple wrap the rim in Stan's or Gorilla Tape to get more of a trench for the bead to sit in. That took 51psi and two ratchet straps. They are 32 x 14 stiff sidewall goodyears no ever see this before? Please need some help here...Cant get slicks to fully seat to rim. Its a little sketchy, but its never let me down, or anyone I've seen use the trick. This seats both beads and you then remove the tube, mount the unseated side (adding sealant if pouring in), and with one side fully seated it is much easier to seat just one. Use the tire iron to finish tightening them until they're snug – don't overdo it or you could strip them!

They have all of the right tools and know-how to get it done quickly and efficiently! The tube is just sammiched in there. The bead is what seals the tire to the wheel rim, so if it's not seated properly, air will slowly escape. Yes I have used (plenty) of lube, dead hammered the area, bounced the tire, etc... Bead on tire won't pop all the way out. There must be a trick I don't know about? With tire and rim manufacturers starting to get better with size standards, that is more and more possible than it was in years past and will likely be commonplace in the somewhat near future.
